Refund Policy

At Hello Beauty, we value our customers and are committed to providing a fair and transparent booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for salon services booked through our website or mobile application, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable Indian laws.


1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel an appointment anytime up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within this window.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a cancellation.


3. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to attend an appointment without canceling in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

    • Prepaid appointment canceled by the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Service not delivered due to a cancellation from Hello Beauty’s side.

    • Duplicate or incorrect payment due to a technical error.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • In case of delays, customers may reach out to their payment provider/bank for assistance.


5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Payments for services already availed are non-refundable.

  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or discounts are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.


6. Compliance with Indian Consumer Law

  • This policy complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable laws in India.

  • Customers have the right to receive transparent cancellation and refund terms before confirming any booking.

  • If a customer has a grievance regarding refunds, they may contact our Grievance Officer (details below).
