What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will delete:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, etc.)

• Booking history and salon service records linked to your account

• Saved preferences and communication history

⚠️ Please note: Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., payment transaction records, tax compliance, or fraud prevention).

How to Request Deletion

You can submit a data deletion request by:

1. Emailing us at jiyamis15@gmail.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request

2. In-app option : Go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account and follow the steps.

Processing Time

• We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request.

• Data deletion requests are usually processed within [7–15 business days].

Impact of Data Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• You will no longer have access to your Hello Beauty account.

• All your past bookings, service history, and preferences will be permanently removed.

• This action cannot be undone.
